Retreats & Events

Holding space for helpers — to simply be.

Yoga, meditation, time for personal reflection, supported rest and restoration: these are hallmarks of Jennifer’s retreats, designed specifically to support helpers.

Plan Your Retreat

Are you…

  • employed in a helping profession?

  • a parent or elder caregiver?

  • pushing through everything that needs to get done, but feeling exhausted on a deep level?

  • someone who conveys the appearance of having it all together, but feel like you’re falling apart inside?

  • pretending you’re ‘ok’ but maybe not?

  • experiencing headaches, fatigue, or insomnia?

  • unaware of how you really feel because you’re keeping it together for your patients, clients, or family?

If you answered yes to any of these, you may be ready for a retreat.

Expand: A New Year’s Day Heart Opening Yoga & Cacao Experience

Join me & Amanda Baker, LCSW-C 500hr RYT, for Expand, a New Year’s Day yoga and cacao experience, designed to soften the body, awaken emotional spaciousness, and set intentions from a grounded, heart-aligned place.

We’ll begin with a warm, ceremonial cup of cacao — a gentle plant medicine known for enhancing clarity, compassion, and emotional connection. As the cacao begins to open the heart, you’ll be guided through a therapeutic heart-opening practice including slow flow, restorative shapes, breath work, and somatic unwinding to release the heaviness of the past year.

Through guided reflection, mindful movement, and embodied intention-setting, we’ll explore what it means to expand — not by force, but through softening, receiving, and aligning with what feels true.
