Structure

Jennifer can work with you to customize a retreat for your group. It can be a half day, full day, or overnight. Or, register for a pre-planned open retreat that is happening near you! Check below for upcoming offerings.

Content

All retreats include teaching and practices to nurture and support helpers who are over-extended. Mindfulness, self-compassion, unwinding the patterns of overwhelm, navigating common stressors, and true self-care will all be explored.

Practices

Choose nurturing practices that will support your well-being. These may include gentle yoga, guided meditation and other mindfulness practices, sound healing, time for self-reflection, and supported rest.

As summer swells and the world hums with motion, you're invited to pause.

Summer Shake Out & Slow Down is a two-hour sanctuary of movement, rest, and renewal — blending therapeutic yoga, somatic release, and deep restorative stillness. Led by licensed therapists and yoga instructors, Jennifer Salaverri, LCSW-C and Amanda Baker, LCSW-C this morning practice is for anyone ready to gently shake off stress and return to the wisdom of their body.

✨ In this nourishing experience, you’ll:
🌿 Release tension with gentle, embodied movement
🌀 Regulate your nervous system through therapeutic practices, including Emotional Freedom Technique
💤 Drop into deep rest with restorative poses and meditation
🔥 Reconnect with presence, peace, and inner vitality

No experience needed. All bodies welcome.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more deeply you.

Space is limited.
Bring a mat and any props that you may have; additional props will be available.
